Three cellars, one valley, a whole weekend.
Enquire about this journey →Our flagship short break: Melnik's sandstone old town, family cellars cut into the rock, long lunches and the Broad-leaved Melnik grape that grows almost nowhere else. Ideal for couples and friends who want the essence of Bulgaria's wine south in a weekend.
A starting point, not a fixed plan: we reshape every day around your pace and taste.
Arrive and wander Bulgaria's smallest town, its Revival houses and sandstone pyramids. Welcome tasting of Broad-leaved Melnik, then dinner in a local tavern.
A full day among the vines: an underground cellar and an organic estate, lunch among the rows, then the medieval Rozhen Monastery with its courtyard vineyard.
One last small-producer tasting, a slow lunch, and an easy departure.
